- Cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.

- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with parsley.
- Serve grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side or drizzled over top.
