Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (optional, for firmer texture)
  • 1 cup cold vodka
  • candy eyes or black gel icing (for faces)

  • Ghost-shaped silicone molds

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flavored gelatin with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. If using unflavored gelatin, dissolve it separately in a few tablespoons of cold water, then stir into the flavored gelatin.
  3. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then add vodka. Stir well.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into ghost molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  6. Gently remove jello ghosts from molds.
  7. Decorate with candy eyes or icing to make ghost faces.
