Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat.

- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
