- Slice the banana into rounds and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, into a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add one slice of cheese, then the banana slices, drizzle with honey, and top with the second slice of cheese.
- Place the second bread slice on top, buttered side facing up.
- Grill until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, rest for a minute, slice, and enjoy warm.
