  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh, chopped
  • 1 medium Honeycrisp apple cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
