- Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and mix until combined.

- Chill dough for 30 minutes to make shaping easier.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set and tops are crackled.
- Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
