  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 36 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the creamy peanut butter and mix until combined.
  3. Mix in the egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes to make shaping easier.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  8. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, coat in sugar, and place on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set and tops are crackled.
  10. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  11. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
