Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  2. Add green beans to the pan with the potatoes. Roast for another 15 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Transfer vegetables to a baking dish. Pour in heavy cream, add garlic and onion powder, and mix in half the cheese.
  4. Top with cranberries and remaining cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes more, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with cracked pepper or herbs if desired.
