  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Yogurt Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a lined or greased baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should be 165°F).
Yogurt Sauce
  1. Meanwhile, whisk together yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Chill until serving.
