Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather all of your ingredients in one place for ease of preparation. Chop the parsley finely and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly without overworking the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or into a loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf form with even thickness.
  5. Place your shaped meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once cooked through, remove from the oven and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
