- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting each in half.
- Toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Spread them cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle with parmesan or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
