  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts washed and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting each in half.
  2. Toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Spread them cut side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan or everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
