Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare brownie mix in a large bowl using eggs, oil, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the mini peanut butter cups over the batter.
- Drizzle spoonfuls of caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and while still warm, drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Top with remaining peanut butter cups and crushed cookies.
- Serve warm or let cool completely before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat for gooey perfection.
