  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili paste optional

Preparation Instructions

  2. Whisk until a thick paste forms.

  4. Add sriracha or chili paste if using, and mix well.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—more soy for saltiness, syrup for sweetness, or vinegar for brightness.
  6. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to one week.
