  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy and well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden.
  8. Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
