  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  5. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up and roast for 35–40 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature hits 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
