  • to taste pepper Enhances all the flavors in the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use for brushing on top before baking.
  • red pepper flakes Optional, add if you like some heat in your bread.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Take your baguette and cut a deep V-shaped section through its top to create a hollow space for stuffing.
  4. Carefully spoon your spinach and artichoke mixture into the hollowed-out section of the baguette. Press down gently to pack in as much filling as possible.
  5. Brush the outside of your stuffed baguette with olive oil. Place it on your prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until crispy on the outside and warm inside.
  6. Once baked, allow your stuffed bread to cool slightly before slicing it into manageable pieces. Serve warm.
