Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter Make sure it's drippy for the best texture.
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce This adds depth and saltiness to the sauce.
  • 1 Tbsp chili crisp or sriracha For a kick of heat and flavor.
  • 2-4 Tbsp water Optional to thin the sauce as desired.

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, starting with the peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili crisp.
  2. Whisk together until combined and smooth; this may take about 1-2 minutes of mixing.
  3. Taste your sauce and adjust as needed; if you want it spicier, add more chili crisp.
  4. If you prefer a thinner consistency, gradually add water one tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is achieved.
