Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C) in natural convection/static heat mode.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the prepared batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Roll each floret in Panko breadcrumbs and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl until well combined.
