- Rinse cranberries and prepare strawberries (thaw if frozen, chop if large).
- In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar, orange juice, and zest. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer until cranberries pop and strawberries soften.
- Optional: Blend mixture with an immersion blender for a smoother texture.
- Stir in cinnamon and liquid pectin. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace.
- Wipe rims, seal jars with lids, and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely before storing or gifting.
