  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cups ricotta cheese
  • 0.33 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Roll out pizza dough into a 10–12 inch round and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
  2. Warm olive oil with garlic in a pan for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Brush the garlic oil over the pizza dough evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the base.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta around the pizza.
  6. Add grated parmesan over the top.
  7. Bake at 475°F for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven and top with arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and crushed red pepper.
