- Roll out pizza dough into a 10–12 inch round and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
- Warm olive oil with garlic in a pan for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic oil over the pizza dough evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the base.
- Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta around the pizza.
- Add grated parmesan over the top.
- Bake at 475°F for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and crushed red pepper.
