  • 1 lb ground turkey preferably lean
  • 2 cups stuffing mix dry
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp sage dried
  • 1 tsp thyme dried
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot finely chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, beaten egg, sage, thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the chopped celery and carrot to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Form and Bake the Balls
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  2. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Enjoy your turkey stuffing balls warm as an appetizer or side dish!
