Prepare the Mixture
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, beaten egg, sage, thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Add the chopped celery and carrot to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Form and Bake the Balls
- Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
