  • Large eggs
  • Sour cream
  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined—do not over-mix.
  4. For the streusel topping, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over it. Add the remaining batter and finish with the rest of the streusel on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
