- 6 medium Granny Smith apples
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- 2 teaspoons oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and slicing them thinly. Toss with lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and flour.

- Line a 9-inch pie pan with half of the dough and fill it with the apple mixture.
